The original iconic building was built in 1967 by the renowned Dutch architect, Frederik Willem de Vlaming. It was cutting edge design then and now it’s cutting-edge once again. Inspired, shaped and formed by the unique natural parkland setting. The new Rembrandt Park One welcomes and connects like-minded people. About the building


The main building has twelve storeys, where each floor is both flexible, adaptable and efficient. Where each tenant can shape the space to their needs and wishes. Special features include 2.70 metres high ceilings and a striking glazed pavilion over two of the office floors.


This consists of approximately 1,976 sq m of lettable floor area (LFA) in the main building and around 962 sq m in the pavilion. Flexible and efficient floor plates that can be customised to your company culture. That includes the airy 2.70 metres high ceilings.


The glazed pavilion and terrace next to the water provide the perfect ambience. A public restaurant will be combined with a company restaurant, for all the people on the campus. It will feel like one open space because we want to create one open community. The public restaurant will be particularly important, making Rembrandt Park One the 24/7 destination in the neighbourhood.


When do you like your coffee? How do you like your coffee? Who do you like your coffee with? The coffee bar on the ground floor of the main building will be next to the campus square. A delightful spot any time of the day for a good coffee, a small snack or a short break.


We make it easy to choose a healthy work-life balance. The gym will be located on the ground floor of our main building and open to everyone on the campus as well as the local community. There will also be classes outside to breathe in the nature when you work out.


BREEAM is the world’s most established method of assessing, rating and certifying the sustainability of buildings. Rembrandt Park One applied for a BREEAM Excellent certificate with a score of 78.88 percent.


Rembrandt Park One has many parking spaces. That’s 1,155 sq m and 161 places to park. On top of that, numerous charging points for electric cars too.


We’re Dutch, this is something we’re very good at! We have 480 parking spaces for standard bikes, 90 for non-standard (for example, bicycles with a crate) and 30 for cargo bikes.

Rembrandt Park One will be delivered in Q1 2023. The leased spaces will be offered as a new and high-end renovated core. Shell condition will include:
